Banana Smoothie

1 pkg. French Vanilla WW smoothie
1 cup very cold water
1 banana

Blend water and smoothie. Add a nice ripe banana and blend until smooth. Great as a snack or breakfast. Variation: Add
a few ice cubes and crushed pineapple, pretend you are drinking a frozen pina coloda!!!

Caramel Apple Salad

1 serving FF instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix
15 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
8 oz cool whip free
5 cups granny smith apples, diced
2 oz. peanuts
Mix dry pudding mix with cool whip.  Fold in remaining ingredients.  Chill.

1 cup = 5 points+

Fried Fish

12 ozs. tilapia
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup skim milk with 1 tsp. vinegar added to make "buttermilk"

dip tilapia in milk, flour, crumbs.  Place on rack on cookie sheet and spray with olive oil spray (PAM).
Bake at 425 for approx. 10 - 12 mins.  If crumbs won't stick, dip in milk again after flour and then recrumb.
Makes 4, 3oz. servings.  Each serving= 4 points+.
