Good Day

Stayed on track today.

Cereal and milk for a 4 point breakfast
a 3 point toast snack
Chix noodle soup for lunch 8 points
apple
dinner at Ruby Tuesday
Crab cake 11 points
green beans cooked dry 0 points
green salad

Still have a couple points left over so will check out an evening snack--maybe yogurt to get another milk.

Though my vacation has caught up with me.  Thought I had done pretty good when I came back, but a couple days later I was up, so figure it was the effects of coming off vacation.

Oh well, here's to a more trackable week next week.
